As a customer of Friday Night Swing, you are agreeing to the following:

Liability Waiver

This agreement releases Ellington from all liability to injuries that may occur during any activities performed in or near the facility. By purchasing a ticket for entry, I agree to hold Ellington entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in swing dancing. By purchasing a ticket for entry, I confirm that I am participating voluntarily, and that I am fully aware of all risk involved in this activity. Additionally, I do not have any pre-existing conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By purchasing a ticket for entry, I forfeit all right to bring a lawsuit against Ellington for any reason. In return, I will receive a one (1) hour Swing Dance lesson and up to three (3) hours of social dancing. I will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

 

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for entry while the lesson is being taught, Customer agrees to participate in the lesson. Ellington’s goal is to create a fun and informational experience for all participants, and to do so, a balanced lesson is required. If you are comfortable both leading and following, please be sure to watch the ratio of leads:follows and take the part of the lesser party. Please feel free to switch freely throughout the lesson, as the Friday Night Swing lesson is drop-in and additional participants will continue to arrive throughout the lesson.

 

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final--this includes all online and in-person purchases of general tickets and any special offers. Any four-pass tickets must be used for four (4) consecutive weeks. If Customer does not attend Friday Night Swing on one of the four (4) nights that have been purchased with his/her four-pass tickets, entry for that night will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future date for any reason.

 

Privacy Policy

Ellington collects information from each Customer including but not limited to full name and email address. By purchasing a ticket for entry, Customer authorizes the use of this information for sale and marketing purposes. Ellington will not sell or distribute this information at any time or in any way.

By attending Friday Night Swing, Customer gives permission for Ellington and Friday Night Swing to use your name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes.

If we have used your photographic likeness and you would like to have it removed, please contact us and we will gladly do so.
